November Recipe of the Month: Dawna Ganson - Sauerkraut & Potato Caserol

Sauerkraut & Potato Casserole

1 large can sauerkraut

1 can mushroom soup

1/2 cup mayonnaise

6 cups diced & cooked potatoes

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

6 tofu wieners, cut in 1/2 inch pieces & stir in (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in large greased casserole dish; can sprinkle with cheddar cheese if so desired. Cover and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 1 hour.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with carrot salad, green beans, garlic bread or fresh buns.
