During Church closure we offer several options to submit your approved church expenses:

  1. Use the online fillable web form :  Online Expense form, remember to upload a copy of your receipts with the form

  2. Download the Expense Reimbursement form in pdf format, print and fill out, scan form and receipts and send to treasurer via email - Treasurer

  3. Request an Expense Reimbursement form from the Treasurer to be sent via email or Canada Post.  Fill in the form and mail to the church with your expense receipts to address:
