We offer several options to submit your church expenses for approval and reimbursement:


  1. Use the online fillable web form :  Online Expense form, please hand in your expense receipts to the Treasurer.

  2. Print the Expense Reimbursement form on your computer.  Fill in the form manually and hand in to the Treasurer with your expense receipts.

  3. Request an Expense Reimbursement form from the Treasurer to be sent via email or Canada Post.  Fill in the form and mail to the church with your expense receipts to address:
